Shipping And Return
Labora Medical Pte Ltd uses Best in Class carriers for the delivery of your products. Shipment tracking information of your order will be sent to you by UPS or FedEx.
We believe that all reasonable efforts are made to ensure each and every shipment arrives in your hands safely and as you ordered it. If unforeseen problems such as weather, occurrence with the carrier, or with Labora Medical Pte Ltd and our ability to ship your products are delayed, feel free to contacts us. We will make every effort to ensure your shipment meets your expected delivery requirements, including but not limited to Saturday delivery, First Overnight and Next Day Air shipments.
Labora Medical Pte Ltd will not validate the authenticity of individuals requesting shipment tracking information, nor does it guarantee or warrant the authenticity of such a request, the requestor's message, or the accuracy of any verbal tracking update.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

- Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date.
- A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
- All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
- We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
- Items on clearance can not be returned or exchanged.
To return your purchase by post complete our returns form stating whether you would like a refund, exchange or have a warranty issue. Please provide us with details of why you wish to return your purchase, as your input is invaluable to us when reviewing the products we stock.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty cards, manuals and accessories).
