Function and features:

This chamber is made by 1800 degree resistance ceramic fiber through a die casting die forming. Has a superior impact resistance and thermal insulation effect. It's can achieve the highest long sintering temperature is 1650 degree and proved that no dust off, so that the product in sintering will not be polluted, the chamber will keep clean.

The operating procedure is made by computer, each node of the temperature was strictly estimate reference to the world's most sophisticated temperature meter test table for programming,to ensure that the actual temperature and display temperature synchronization requirement. The procedure of furnace is programmed according to different technical parameters zirconia material and different denture, and it can save program memory, simple one-button operation is enable again. Sintering temperature and time can be got at a glance through the sintering curve and marks on LCD screen. Sintering can be extended to the current sintering temperature to complete the remaining procedures after restart caused by sudden power outage, it don’t need to start from the original state. It's set anti-burning and splitting procedure, when the temperature is up to 350 degree (can be set freely according to your own requirements) the furnace will automatically lock, then must wait until the temperature falls below the set temperature will be automatically open furnace. This program effectively prevents product damage or person injury due to stove base decline under high temperature sintering caused by wrong operation.
